Beth Eastep

I was born and raised in Columbia, Tennessee. I graduated from Columbia Central High School. I love learning and to prove it I have an AS in Business from CSCC, a BBA in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising from Memphis State University, A BS in Elementary Education (K-8) from MTSU, and a Master's in Reading and Literacy from Marygrove College. I have taught in the Maury County School system since 1999. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. Teaching is not just a job for me, but a passion and ministry.

My personal world looks like this. I am happily married to Scotty Eastep. I have three daughters, Rieves, Lila, and Logan. I have one son, Philip. We live in Mount Pleasant. I spend my time doing things with my family, helping others through my church, Destiny Church, and many other organizations such as the Pregnancy Center, Cowboy Up, Inc., and our local schools. I love to read, and the beach is my happy place. Most kids know me by the ladybugs that decorate my classroom! I love people and smiling is a must!

Danielle Roberts

At a young age I always knew I wanted to become a teacher. After high school, I attended Middle Tennessee State University where I graduated with a degree in elementary education. Today, it is my goal to motivate all of my students to love learning and to encourage them to strive to reach their full potential in an environment that is safe and celebrates each student's uniqueness and achievements. I have been teaching since 2007 and have been here at MPES since 2012. Teaching is my number one passion, but I also love the outdoors and am an avid fan of football, especially the Tennessee Vols...Go Big Orange! I look forward to another wonderful year here at MPES!

Sarah Spears

Mrs. Spears has been a teacher since 2016. She has experience teaching first grade, fourth grade, fifth grade, and special education. After years of teaching at different schools in Giles and Maury County, she has found her home at Mt. Pleasant Elementary and is looking forward to many years serving the students of Mt. Pleasant!
